Root Cause:

Plugin services failed to restart.

Resolution:

Need to UNINSTALL residual plugin files using ' dpkg -P vinchin-stack-patch-cloud'
REINSTALL plugin ' dpkg -i vinchin-stack-patch-cloud-8.1.0.58023.Ubuntu.x86_64.db'

Use command to uninstall plugin first 'dpkg -P vinchin-stack-patch-cloud'
Then re-install with 'dpkg -i vinchin-stack-patch-cloud-8.1.0.58023.Ubuntu.x86_64.deb
