Tendo is a local cloud service provider based in Singapore, focusing on providing on-demand IT infrastructure solutions for businesses. In terms of IT infrastructure, Tendo’s clients primarily rely on hybrid environments, including the Hyper-V virtualization platform, physical servers, and NAS storage. The backup solution currently in use is costly and faces challenges. For physical server backups, a separate solution is employed.
